Pipeline & communications

Calls, WhatsApp, email and estimates in one pipeline

The lead you lost last month was probably not lost on price. It went quiet, and nobody noticed for a week. Dwellinger notices.

One record per job, from first call to contract

Thirteen stages, from new enquiry through qualified, survey booked, scope issued, estimate sent, follow-up, accepted and contract. Every stage has an owner and a next action with a date. The board shows where the money is stuck.

Every conversation, on the lead

  • Calls and SMS on a shared business number, logged with the lead. Which means "who spoke to Mrs Khan?" has an answer.
  • WhatsApp sent and received from the record. Which means the thread does not die when a phone does.
  • Email with ten starter templates: enquiry responses, follow-ups, survey confirmation, estimate cover notes. Which means a new office hire sounds like you on day one.
  • Web enquiries from your site straight into the pipeline, with a task for whoever picks up new leads.

Follow-up that happens

Amber at 3 days, red at 7. Automatic sequences by stage and time. Broadcast a message to every lead waiting on a survey. The estimate goes out by email, link or WhatsApp in one click, and the open and reply land back on the timeline.

Qualification before effort

An 8-point checklist per lead scores readiness: drawings, planning status, budget, timing, decision-maker, access. Small jobs below your threshold are flagged so the estimator's time goes where the margin is.

Questions contractors ask us

Do I need a new phone number?

No. Calls and SMS run on a business number inside the platform, so the team shares one line and every call is logged on the lead. Your existing mobile keeps working.

Does WhatsApp work from the platform?

Yes. Messages are sent and received on the lead record, so a WhatsApp conversation is not lost on one person's handset.

What happens when a lead goes quiet?

It is flagged amber at 3 days and red at 7 days without contact, with a reminder to whoever owns it. Follow-up sequences can send the next message automatically.

Can two people call the same client?

Duplicate detection merges a client who enquires twice into one lead, and the timeline shows who spoke to them last.
