RCBS Limited, Company No. 09500269, registered office 347 Barking Road, London E13 8EE, trading as RCB Group. "Dwellinger" is a trading name under development and an unregistered mark of RCBS Limited.
What this site is
A pre-launch information site for the Dwellinger platform. It describes software that is in use on RCB Group's own projects and that is being prepared for release to other contractors. Descriptions of planned features are plans, not promises, and may change.
What it is not
- Not an offer to sell software. No contract is formed by joining the founding contractors list. Founding terms will be set out in writing before any payment.
- Not a contractor marketplace or directory. Dwellinger does not currently list, vet, recommend or guarantee any contractor.
- Not professional advice. Guides on this site are general information for contractors and homeowners, not legal, structural, planning or financial advice for a specific project.
Planning data
Where the platform provides information drawn from public planning registers, users remain responsible for how they contact applicants and for compliance with UK GDPR, PECR and the Mailing Preference Service.
Content
Project photographs are RCB Group projects and remain the property of RCBS Limited. Please ask before reusing anything.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
