What we collect and why
- Founding contractors form: name, company, email, optional mobile, trade type, working area and anything you type in the free-text box. Used to contact you about Dwellinger access and pricing, and to plan onboarding. Lawful basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in running the pre-launch list. You can withdraw at any time by replying to any email.
- Technical data: this site's hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and performance.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in RCB Group's own customer system (hosted in the EU) and are seen by RCB Group staff only. We do not sell or share your details with other contractors or marketing lists.
How long
Until Dwellinger launches and you decide whether to become a customer, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first, and in any case reviewed within 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Email connect@rcbGroup.co.uk and we respond within one month.
