Can you ensure all building works are finished before our product is delivered?
Yes — that sequencing is the most important thing we protect. We build our programme so that strip-out, first-fix plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and floor finishes are all complete and cured before your suite arrives on site. We will not book a delivery date we cannot support.
Do you work with high-specification sanitaryware and brassware?
Yes. We regularly work with premium bathroom products — freestanding baths, wall-hung suites, concealed cisterns, and designer brassware. Our team understands that damage to a premium fitting is not acceptable — and we work accordingly.
Can you handle rerouting soil and waste pipes where a layout changes?
Yes. Repositioning soil stacks, rerouting waste pipes, and extending drainage to accommodate a new layout are standard parts of our bathroom refurbishment work. Where connections to the main sewer are involved, we obtain the necessary sign-offs and manage building control notification.
