We are based in East London (E13) and work across all of London — East, North, South, South East, South West and West — plus Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hampshire and the South Coast, Sussex, Oxfordshire, the Cotswolds, and as far as Devon and Cornwall for the right project.

For projects close to our East London base there is no mobilisation premium. For projects further afield — the South Coast, the West Country or the Cotswolds — we agree any accommodation or logistics costs transparently and up front, so there are no surprises in your quote.

Yes. While London and the Home Counties are our core territory, we regularly take on larger extensions, refurbishments and conversions across the South West including Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay, Truro, Newquay and St Ives. Get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit for your location and project.

Yes. Across every area we cover we deliver both residential work (extensions, loft conversions, full refurbishments, structural works) and commercial projects (fit-outs, refurbishments and commercial-to-residential conversions).

For London and the Home Counties we can usually arrange a site visit within a few days. For locations further afield we coordinate the survey alongside our travel schedule — send your drawings or details ahead and we can often advise on budget and feasibility before we visit.
