Design, Planning & Technical Coordination
Where design services are required, RCB coordinates full architectural design, planning applications, structural calculations and Building Regulations submissions. We manage all technical consultants on your behalf.

Detailed Estimate & Scope of Works
Before any work starts, you receive a detailed, itemised estimate and a written scope of works. No lump sums. No vague descriptions. You know exactly what is included, what it costs and why.

Build Commencement & Site Management
Once agreed, RCB manages every trade, every material delivery and every inspection on site. You do not manage your builder — we manage the project.

Weekly Updates & Client Communication
Every week, you receive a written progress update. Site photos. Any decisions required from you. Any variations noted. You are never left wondering what is happening.

Completion, Snagging & Handover
As the project completes, RCB carries out thorough internal snagging before client walkthrough. All works are signed off to standard before we consider a project complete.
