Do I need to visit London at all?

No. We have managed full refurbishments for overseas owners without a single site visit. The initial survey can be done by video call, the scope and contract are signed digitally, and the handover can go to a managing agent or property manager of your choice. If you do visit, you are always welcome — but it is never a requirement.

How does CCTV access work?

We install a mobile 4G site camera system before works begin. You receive a link and login credentials on day one. The feed is accessible from any device, anywhere in the world. Footage is recorded and stored so you can review any day's activity — not just live.

What if there is a problem on site?

Problems are communicated to you immediately — via WhatsApp voice note, call, or message, depending on your preference. We will tell you what has happened, what the options are, and what we recommend. You make the call. We execute. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

Can you manage the property after the refurbishment?

We specialise in the design and build phase. For ongoing property management, lettings, or tenant sourcing, we can recommend trusted managing agents in East London. We are happy to coordinate the handover to them directly.

What time zone do you work in?

We are London-based (GMT/BST). For clients in Dubai, Singapore, or further east, we are typically available for early morning or late evening calls. Urgent messages via WhatsApp are always answered within the working day.
