RCB Design & Build was founded on a straightforward belief: that construction clients deserve better. Better communication, better management, better results — and one team they can trust from the very first conversation.
RCB stands for Residential. Commercial. Bespoke. We also serve the public sector — schools, housing associations, and council projects. We operate across all sectors because great construction expertise should not be confined to one type of project. All structural engineers are chartered (CEng/IStructE). Every steel, every foundation, every load path is professionally calculated.
Site Workers
All site workers hold valid CSCS cards and have completed asbestos awareness training — a legal requirement on every UK construction site.
Subcontractors
Every subcontractor carries their own public liability insurance. No uninsured trades on any RCB project.
Installers
All specialist installers hold relevant NVQ qualifications and manufacturer certifications. Velux, GRP roofing, underfloor heating — certified to install.
Project Management
RCB is CHAS accredited, Constructionline verified, and SSIP compliant. Health and safety is managed, not assumed.
