That is exactly who we built this service for. Once the scope and price are agreed, your involvement is weekly updates and occasional decisions — we are talking minutes, not hours. We manage every contractor, every inspector, every decision below your threshold. You are the client, not the project manager.

What does "fixed price" actually mean?

It means the price in your contract is the price you pay — unless you change the scope. If we discover something unexpected on site, we do not just invoice you for it. We tell you what it is, what it costs to fix, and we wait for your written approval before proceeding. No surprises.

Can I really watch the site from my phone?

Yes. We install a 4G site camera system before works begin. You get a link and login on day one. The feed is live and recorded. Whether you check it from your consulting room at lunch or from a hotel room at midnight — it is always there.

What types of projects do you handle?

Loft conversions, extensions, full refurbishments, HMO conversions, flat refurbishments, and structural alterations. We work across Greater London and up to two hours outside the M25. Projects start from £30,000 and our average project is between £80,000 and £250,000.

Can you help coordinate the letting side as well?

We specialise in the design and build phase. For lettings and property management, we work alongside trusted agents and can hand the property directly to them at completion. You do not need to be the middleman between us and them.
