Yes. All our operatives are vetted and we routinely sign building protocols, NDAs, and resident-privacy agreements for prime residential and luxury commercial buildings. We understand that discretion is not optional in this sector.

Do you work out of hours for sensitive sites?

Yes — early morning, late evening, and weekend working can be arranged where the building or client requires it. We price this transparently at the outset so there are no surprises on the invoice.

Can you coordinate with our interior designer or FF&E supplier?

We work with interior designers and FF&E suppliers as a matter of course on premium projects. We attend coordination meetings, build to design specifications, and manage the interface between trades so your designer focuses on design, not site management.
