For Facilities Managers
One Contractor for Reactive and Planned Works.
CHAS and Constructionline accredited. Fast reactive response, planned maintenance programmes, commercial fit-outs. One call, one contractor, one invoice — and documentation your H&S auditor will not question.
The FM Contractor Problem
Facilities managers carry the consequences when contractors fail — a slow reactive response lands in your inbox as an occupier complaint. An unaccredited contractor flagged in an H&S audit becomes your problem, not theirs. Invoices without job sheets create reconciliation nightmares. The broken construction industry treats FM clients as though their standards do not matter. RCB does not.
RCB operates to FM standards — accredited, documented, and responsive. Because your reputation depends on your contractors.

How We Work With FM Clients
Structured, flexible, and designed to fit around how you manage your building portfolio.
Framework Agreement or Ad-Hoc — Your Choice
We can operate under a framework agreement with agreed schedule of rates, or on a project-by-project basis. Either way, you get the same response time and documentation standard.
Works Instructed, Responded To Immediately
Reactive works: single point of contact, fast deployment. Planned works: programme agreed and confirmed in writing before mobilisation. No ambiguity about what was instructed.
Works Delivered to Specification
CSCS-certified operatives, RAMS submitted before any site activity, permits-to-work obtained where required. No contractor arriving on your site without having cleared your induction process.
Documentation You Can Actually Use
Job sheets, photographic evidence, completion certificates, and consolidated invoices. Formatted for your CAFM system or delivered in your preferred format. Your compliance file stays complete.
The Numbers Behind the Partnership
Verified ratings, current accreditations, and independently assessed quality — not a brochure claim.
Accredited, Not Just Claimed
CHAS and Constructionline are independently assessed — they cannot be self-declared. Our 9.96/10 Checkatrade rating comes from 114 verified reviews. When you add RCB to your approved contractor list, you are adding a contractor whose credentials can be verified on the scheme portals directly.
FM Client FAQs
Are you CHAS accredited?
Yes. CHAS accreditation is a precondition for working on most managed commercial properties and we hold it as standard. Constructionline verification is also current. Both are available on request or can be verified directly through the respective schemes.
Can you provide RAMS before site mobilisation?
Yes, as standard. We produce activity-specific risk assessments and method statements for all works, submitted ahead of mobilisation. For recurring tasks we maintain standing RAMS that can be reviewed and re-issued at your request.
How do you handle out-of-hours works?
We operate out-of-hours for reactive emergencies and for planned works where occupier disruption needs to be avoided. Out-of-hours rates are agreed upfront and specified in the schedule of rates or project quotation — no surprises on the invoice.
Can you integrate with our CAFM system?
We can work with most CAFM job management workflows. We are comfortable receiving instructions via your system and returning completed job data, certificates, and photos in your preferred format. Speak to us about your current setup.
