For Loss Adjusters & Insurance Companies
Reinstatement You Can Document and Defend.
Fire, flood, escape of water, subsidence. Fast mobilisation, CCTV documentation throughout, schedule of rates pricing, and completion reports insurers accept first time.
The Problem With Reinstatement Contractors
Insurance reinstatement should be straightforward — scope agreed, works completed, claim closed. Instead, the industry is full of contractors who create more paperwork problems than they solve. Loss adjusters spend more time chasing evidence and querying invoices than managing the claim itself.
RCB is built around documentation, programme discipline, and defensible invoicing. We close files — not create disputes.

Adjuster FAQs
Which peril types do you handle?
We handle fire reinstatement, flood and escape of water, subsidence-related internal repairs, impact damage, and storm damage to roofs and external fabric. For structural engineering requirements arising from subsidence, we work alongside an appointed structural engineer and coordinate our works accordingly.
Can you work to an insurer's schedule of rates?
Yes. We are experienced in pricing works against standard schedule of rates frameworks. We issue our own schedule at instruction if one is not provided, and we reconcile all invoicing against it. There are no open invoices without prior written scope agreement.
How quickly can you mobilise for emergency works?
Initial attendance within 24–48 hours of instruction across Greater London and surrounding counties. Emergency drying equipment and make-safe works can be deployed same-day for high-urgency cases — contact us directly on +44 7367 189592.
Do you provide photographic evidence throughout the works?
Every project has CCTV cameras installed on site for the duration. We also produce a photographic schedule at each key milestone — strip-out completion, structural repairs, first-fix, and final finish. All images are timestamped and retained as part of the project file.
Can you manage the client as well as the works?
Yes. We are experienced working in occupied and partially occupied properties. We communicate directly with the policyholder regarding access, dust management, programme updates, and finish specification — keeping the adjuster informed rather than burdened.
