We work alongside your solicitor and defer to their guidance on timing. The important thing is we are ready to move the moment you are.

Do you handle clearance as well as refurbishment?

Yes. We coordinate clearance — including skip hire and disposal of unwanted contents — as part of the overall programme. You deal with one contractor, not three. Everything is itemised separately so the estate accounts remain clean.
