Do I need to have planning permission before I contact you?

No. In fact, speaking to us before you commit to a planning strategy often saves money and time. We can help you evaluate the most viable route for your property and your objectives before you spend on full planning applications.

What types of projects do you handle?

Loft conversions, rear extensions, full refurbishments, HMO conversions, change of use, pub conversions, basement developments, and structural alterations. Residential and light commercial. Projects from £30,000 to £500,000+. We work across Greater London and up to two hours outside the M25.

How is RCB different from a standard building contractor?

A standard contractor builds what is on the drawing. We help shape what is on the drawing, flag when a design decision will cost more than it returns, advise on specification to match your tenant profile, and manage the handover to income — not just to completion. We are with you from concept to cash.
