Hall, living, dining, and kitchen renovation. Structural reconfiguration, new M&E, plastering, decorating, flooring, kitchen installation.

Top-to-bottom renovation — strip, new M&E throughout, all rooms replastered, new kitchen and bathrooms, decorating and flooring throughout.

Specification balanced for the rental or resale market. Robust finishes, durable M&E, void period minimised through tight programme management.
