We operate a client-supply model for bathrooms: you source and supply all second-fix materials (bath, shower enclosure, basin, WC, taps, towel rail, tiles, floor finish) and rcbGroup provides all installation labour.
This gives you full control over specification and budget for the finishes, while we take responsibility for the quality of all works.
Bathrooms delivered as part of a loft conversion, extension, or refurbishment are priced within the main project contract. Standalone bathroom renovations are priced separately.
Standard Exclusion
All second-fix materials (sanitaryware, tiles, taps, shower enclosure, mirror, accessories) are client-supplied unless specifically agreed otherwise. rcbGroup does not supply or install carpet.

A new ensuite in a loft conversion or extension typically takes 1–2 weeks as part of the main programme. A full wetroom creation including tanking and complex tiling can take 2–3 weeks. Where a bathroom is part of a wider refurbishment or loft conversion, it runs within the overall project programme.
Can rcbGroup create a new ensuite bathroom in a loft conversion?
Yes. Creating a new ensuite bathroom is a standard element of rcbGroup loft conversions. We plan the drainage route, structural supports, and M&E layout during the design stage. The ensuite is priced within the loft conversion package. We coordinate all plumbing, electrics, tiling, and installation — you supply the sanitaryware and tiles.
Does rcbGroup do wetroom installations?
Yes. rcbGroup installs wetrooms including full waterproofing (tanking), wetroom formers and drains, wall and floor tiling, thermostatic shower valves, and all associated plumbing and electrical works. Client supplies the tiles, drain cover, shower valve, and wall fittings. We do not supply or install carpet.
