Reinstating properties after
fire, flood, and water damage.
We work with loss adjusters, insurers, and property managers to restore residential and commercial properties to pre-loss condition — fully documented, to agreed schedules.

Underpinning works, crack injection, structural stabilisation, and reinstatement of affected internal and external finishes.
Impact & accidental damage
Reinstatement following vehicle impact, falling trees, or other accidental damage — scoped, documented, and agreed with the adjuster.
Full strip-out & rebuild
Where damage is extensive, we manage the complete strip-out, structural rebuild, and fit-out to agreed specification and programme.
Our process
How we work with loss adjusters and insurers
Initial assessment & photographic schedule
We attend site promptly, carry out a thorough condition survey, and produce a full photographic record of all damage before any works commence.
Scope and cost agreed with adjuster
We produce an itemised schedule of works and costing for the loss adjuster's review. We work directly from the adjuster's own scope where one is provided.
Phased works programme with sign-off stages
Works are broken into agreed stages with clear sign-off points, allowing the insurer or adjuster to review progress before each phase is authorised.
Completion certification and reinstatement report
On completion we issue a full reinstatement report with photographic evidence, test certificates where applicable, and confirmation that the property has been returned to pre-loss condition.
Documentation
What we provide
Full photographic record before, during, and after
Every stage is photographed systematically. Images are date-stamped and organised by area for easy reference by the insurer or adjuster.
Method statements and risk assessments
Site-specific RAMS produced for all works, particularly important where occupied properties or hazardous materials such as asbestos are involved.
Stage sign-off documentation
Written sign-off at each agreed stage of works, providing a clear audit trail for the claim file.
Final reinstatement report
A comprehensive report on completion, covering all works carried out, materials used, and confirmation that the property has been restored to pre-loss condition.
