Licensed HMO fit-out from 3–8 rooms. Fire compartmentation, emergency escape lighting, kitchen specification, licensing compliance.
Garage Conversions
Integral or detached garage conversion to habitable room. Building Regulations managed throughout. Typical programme: 4–6 weeks.
