Bathroom Renovation Cost London 2026: What You'll Really Pay

A bathroom renovation can mean different things depending on the scope. The elements that make up the works:

Moving it to a different wall — or especially to a position that requires a longer or rerouted soil pipe — can add £1,500–£4,500 in drainage works, particularly if the floor must be opened up to reroute waste pipework.
